To get started, you will complete a demographic intake form where you provide detailed information about your current fitness level, available time, equipment, nutrition preferences, goals, & any restrictions.

After submitting the intake form, you will schedule an initial one-on-one coaching call with both the performance & nutrition coach. This call will allow you to discuss your goals, expectations, & any specific requirements you may have.

The Elite package includes the following features:

  3. 2-way Coach accountability and check-ins
  4. Monthly program updates and progressions
  5. Weekly Group Q&A with Coaches and Video exercise checks
